WEEKDAY - (Monday 12pm to Thursday 1pm) For 6-8 guests, the cost is $150/person. For 4-5 guests, the cost is $200/person. **To reserve the home for weekdays, use the Book Online calendar, and select an available Monday indicated with a red dot under the day WEEKEND - (Friday 12pm to Sunday 1pm) For 6-8 guests, the cost is $150/person. For 4-5 guests, the cost is $200/person. **To reserve the home for weekends, use the Book Online calendar, and select an available Friday indicated with a red dot under the day. WEEKLY - (Monday 12pm to Sunday 1pm) For 4 to 8 guests, the cost is $330 per person. **To reserve the home for the entire week, please book both weekday and weekend segments to hold the dates. After both segments are in your cart, you may proceed to checkout. Please note that an additional $30 per person for the weekly rental will be included on the final invoice. Deposit is $400 (not $800 as shown). NOTE: There is a minimum of 4 guests. Your group has the entire home and will NOT be combined with any other group. Children over age of 10 are permitted. The same rates as adults apply. CHECK-IN: Approximately 1 week before your arrival date, the group's main contact will receive an email with check-in information. PAYMENT POLICY: The group's main contact is responsible for making the deposit and final payments. To hold the date, a $400 deposit is due at the time of booking with the remaining balance due 30 days before check-in. The group's main contact will receive an invoice by email for the remaining balance. Michigan sales tax (6%) and credit card/PayPal processing fees (3.5%) will be added to the final invoice. For groups staying a full week, an additional $30 per person will also be added to the invoice. EARLY ARRIVAL: Guests can arrive at 6 pm the evening before. There is an additional charge of $30/guest. Please check the box at the bottom of the booking form. CANCELLATION POLICY: The deposit holds the date and is non-refundable. However, should something arise, this deposit may be transferred to another available date within 12 months, if cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is made within 30 days to check-in, there is no refund, but the entire amount may be transferred to another available date within 12 months. If we should need to cancel reservations due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disaster, maintenance failure, etc.), you may be refunded in full or select another date within 12 months.
