The Amenities

Furnished with many modern amenities, we have tried to think of everything with you in mind.

Bring your craft supplies, personal toiletries and favorite foods to prepare onsite. You could pack less and shop at one of the local markets or enjoy dinner out at one the many restaurants Frankenmuth has to offer. Grab a coffee in town nearby or have dinner delivered to the retreat. From a glass of wine in the kitchen to a lawn chair near the firepit, the home offers plenty of ways to relax and renew away from the craft room.

You might even enjoy a fireworks display from the lawn during some of the events in Frankenmuth.

​Living Room

  • seating for 8, including a couch, two swivel barrel chairs, a rocker, an electric recliner, and a chair with an ottoman
     

  • 50” Roku TV and DVD player with a few DVDs
     

  • board games, dice, dominos, cards, and puzzles

  • major appliances and small ones too, including: refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, toaster oven, crockpot, toaster, electric fry pan, blender, and electric can opener
     

  • pots and pans, bakeware, pizza pan, serving dishes, and serving trays are available to use
     

  • place settings and silverware for 16, including: glasses, coffee mugs, beer and wine glasses
     

  • undercabinet radio and an island with saddle stools available for gathering

Dining

  • coffee bar area with a full carafe coffee pot, as well as, an individual pod coffee maker
     

  • ground coffee and tea bags are provided (coffee pods are not provided)
     

  • white board for jotting down weekend activities
     

  • essential oil diffuser (Please bring your own oils. Spring water is provided to use.)

Bedrooms​

  • 4 bedrooms and 8 individual beds (7 twin sized beds and 1 full size bed), each having a hybrid mattress with plush pillow top, sheet set, comforter, fleece blanket, and 2 pillows
     

  • each guest has their own luggage rack
     

  • all rooms have nightstands, lamps, dressers,
    mirrors, and phone charger pads.
     

  • closets with hangers in 3 of the bedrooms
     

  • NOTE:  All bedrooms are on the second floor and are not handicap accessible.

​Bathrooms

  • 1 full bathroom with a tub/shower downstairs and 1 half bathroom upstairs
     

  • 2 complete sets of towels for each guest (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths) downstairs with additional hand towels and washcloths upstairs
     

  • makeup mirror and hair dryer
     

  • NOTE:  1 starter set of basic toiletries is provided, but not replenished.

  • watch fireworks right from the property (from events held in Frankenmuth)
     

  • NOTE: The barns are currently being used and access to those are restricted. The land surrounding the home is a working farm. Depending on the season, there may be tractors and equipment in the fields.
